Estimates

I need to understand what you like, that is the center of all that I do... If you find an item I show in the gallery or celtic selection and want that idea modified, so shall it be. The idea is the the "IDEA" drives the show here, and so I want to impress upon you how critical this first step is. With a well thought out idea and example I can give you an email estimate very promptly indeed, please send me links rather than pictures when referring to items on my site, and formats that are great are .jpg and .gif by preference.

If a diamond is involved, or colored gemstone, that step comes first, I can take a picture of the gem for you and post in on the web site, soon as I get this stuff all down with the computer that is. I think that phone calls are nice but email is a record of everything agreed to, requested, and records well the transaction so I encourage you to email me today for that all important estimate... Use email unless it is a critical issue please, I seek to use my time most effectively and find email and pictures/examples make it all come together perfectly.
